What this tool is for

Your energy is identity data
Every crash, every peak, every moment you ran on empty and defaulted to old patterns — that is your nervous system telling you something. This tracker makes that data visible so you can design around it instead of fighting it.
The old identity runs on depletion
Survival mode, people pleasing, overworking, doom scrolling — these are all low-energy defaults. Your new identity needs fuel. You cannot build a new way of being while your nervous system is running on empty.
Design is not discipline — it is strategy
When you know your energy patterns, you stop white-knuckling your way through the day. You put deep work in your peak windows, protect your low windows for rest, and stop asking your depleted self to make decisions that require your best.

How to use this tracker

Step 01
Map today
Slide each time block to reflect your actual energy — not what you planned, what you felt. Add a note about what was happening.
Step 02
Reflect daily
Answer the three reflection prompts. Where did you show up as your new identity? Where did the old one take over? What does your body actually need?
Step 03
Track the week
After a few days, check Weekly Patterns and look for what repeats. Your energy is not random — it has a rhythm. Learn it.
Step 04
Design around it
Use the Design tab to assign tasks to the right energy zone and make commitments your new identity can actually keep.

Energy levels at a glance

High (7–10) — peak focus, creativity, deep work
Medium (4–6) — steady, functional, lighter tasks
Low (1–3) — rest, recover, protect this window

There is no wrong answer. A low rating is not a failure — it is information. The goal is not to be high energy all day. The goal is to stop asking your depleted nervous system to do things that require your best self.
